"Manzanita" is the Spanish word for "small apple". It is also an
evergreen known for its beauty and drought tolerance which   
grows from central Mexico to southern BC. Choosing the name
Manzanita to represent Bryan's hand crafted projects seemed
fitting.

Bryan's career in construction, real estate & development
started in 1992. With the experience of sixty five plus homes
including multi family construction, you can hire Bryan and his
crew with confidence that he will handle your project & protect
the best interests of you, the client.

As a registered member of the National Home Warranty and
the Home Owner Protection Office , Manzanita Homes offers
its clients well crafted homes at a fair price and fully backed
by the  industries insurance leaders.

Born in Kelowna, Bryan moved to the coast as a young adult,
and has lived in Australia and Mexico.  He returned to Kelowna
early 2004 with his Montanan wife to start a family & for a
smaller town lifestyle.

As a graduate of business administration, he looks at
construction with a unique  perspective, valuing creativity,
quality and efficiency in his projects.  

Bryan enjoys learning evolving industry technologies and "best
practices". He has experience with in floor hydronic heated
slabs, suspended garage slabs, low "e" glass, air & ground
source heat pumps, interior custom mill work and exterior
timber frame detailing. He enjoys learning, & is currently
focused on energy efficient/ green building. In a collaborative
environment, Bryan works with the highest quality, reliable,
yet cost effective trades in the Valley.

He focuses on an attention to detail, so you don't have to.
